Writing unit 3: A MEMORABLE DAY

I remember a Banyoles festival one week ago.
I was a very memorable and fantastic festival.

First we were all my friends: Clàudia, Laura, Tàna, Andrea and Ariadna, and we went to the fairs. Then climb the atraccions more daring and fun, after I went to Barraques. Once there we heard the cocnert: Obrint Pas. Finally we stayed tohether there, and we returned home.

There were about 1.000 people at the Banyoles festival. I remember my friends fell on the gorund after having risen to an attraction. FInally say it wil be one of the best days.

The land area of 244,100 square Kilometers of nearly 99% and the remainder inlad water. From north to south it is about 1,000 kilometers long.
The capital city is London.

Population of 2011 is 62,476,000 millions.
Rivers: the UK rivers are not very long. The Severn, its longest river. is just 338 km in length. Beginning in Wales and entering the Atlantic Ocean near Bristol in England.
Other major rivers include the Thames, which flows through Oxford and London. Trent and Mersey rivers, which drain rainfall from large areas of central England.(xènia)

National day: In he UK there isn't a national day. But the people celebrate the birthday of the queen of England on 21 of April.

What is English?
English is a West Germanic language. Other West Germanic languages are:

DIALOGUE 3: TALK ABOUT EXPERIENCES IN THE PAST

Carlota: Hey, Marçal. How was your weekend?
Marçal: Not bad, thanks.
Carlota: What did you do?
Marçal: Oh, I just went into town on Saturday and got a DVD. What about you?
Carlota: I played basketball at the sports centre yesterday. It was fun. When did you last play basketball?
Marçal: I don't know, maybe two weeks ago.
Carlota: How was it?
Marçal: Very good. Let's play next weekend.
Carlota: Ok, great. See you then.
Marçal: Bye, Carlota. See you later.

Writing unit 2: MY IDEAL HOME



My ideal home is a modern and big house out of the city centre. It's got two floors.
Upstairs, there are four bedrooms with four bathrooms inside. It also got one studio with a big desk and a nice balcony. Downstairs, there is a big and modern kitchen, a comfortable living-room, a nice gym and the garage. It also got a big garden with a swimming-pool. The views are amazing! 
Every sunday evening we are all at home. My dad is making dinner. My mum is ironing. My sister is studying and I'm chatting on the internet.
My favourite room is the living-room because it has got a big and comfortable sofa and a big TV. I love watching TV with my family and friends every saturday night.

Hi, I'm Carlota and I'm from Banyoles in Catalonia. I'm independent, but quite shy and sentimental. I've got brown eyes and long brown hair.
I'm into music, and dancing. I train twice a week.
I spend a lot of time on the internet and meeting friends. I spend my money of school material and top-ups for my mobile.
I really want to meet boys and girls from 13 - 15 years old. NOT OLDER. I don't mind your nationality, but I want to practise my English and I'm interested in learning Chinese

MY SCHOOL

My name is Carlota and I'm at Casa Nostra school in Banyoles. Casa Nostra is a big school. There are only one hundred students here. It's school for boys and girls. They are ten or elewen teacher's at school. I'm interested sport are there is a small gymnasiu. There are also two exellent teachers. I love science and maths, a big science laboratory. I like ICT too, and there are computers very moderns.

Estartit:
I went to Estartit for one week with my family. Those days we were in our apartament. We got up at 11 o'clock, and we went to the beach, when I we got tired (aproximatly 4 o'clock) we were home. We went relaxing at home, and then we went for a walk. At night we went to the bowling, it was fantastic! 
 
Palamós:

Then I stayed for two weeks in Palamos with my parents and my sister Tània. Those days we were in an apartament of flats called “Ancora”. We stayed on the beach or went sailing. One day we went to Calella and had dinner in a very beautiful restaurant near the sea. We ate a delicious paella. It was fantastic! And one night we went to the cinema and the bowling too!

Banyoles:
When I returned from Palamos, I went out with my friends almost every day. We went to the lake or the park of la Draga. I started the trainnigas and I got ready for a new course.

Helena: She went one week to Jonquera, after she went to Portaventura with her friends and finally she went to Estartit.
Maria: She went to Mallorca for ten days. After that she staid one day in Girona with her friend and week in Saragossa.
Xènia: In august she went to Gimnastic campus, and September she went to Portaventura.
Elsa: She went three weeks to Sant Antoni de Calonge, after I went  to basketball campus, and finally she returned from Banyoles.
Àlex: He went to Galicia, there he staid a diferents places. After he went to Estartit and Banyoles.
Joan: First he went to Sant Antoni de Calonhe and after I went to six days in Núria.
Pere: He went two weeks in Plymouth hIr friends. And finally I went to Venecia.
Marçal: He went two weeks in Plymouth his friends. And second he went to Platja d'Aro.
David: He staid in Banyoles.
Laia: She went one week to Jonquera. I returned in Banyoles and finally I went to Montseny.
