Writing unit 4: A BRAVE RESCUE

The rescue happened while we were on holiday in "Palamós" last July. It was really awesome and I took a photo of it.

I was with my parents and sister and we were walking around the coast. We were walking so quietly when we saw a man in the middle of very big waves. But there was a another girl that saw this and without thnking he ran to the waves to save him.

She could save the man beacuse they came to a rock and they could hold in it. She was very brave beacuse in the sea there were some very big waves. At the end everything finished well and the man was finally saved by her. What a brave woman!

DIALOGUE 6: SPEAK ABOUT PROBABILITY AND THE FUTURE

Marçal: Carlota, can I ask you a question? I'm doing a survey.
Carlota: Yes, if you like.
Marçal: right, the question is; Do you think that Messi is better than Cristiano Ronaldo?
Carlota: I think that the best football player is Cristiano. What about you?
Marçal: I disagree with you. I think that Messi is the best of the history.

DIALOGUE 5: COMPARE IDEAS FOR A PRESENT

Marçal: How long will you be, Carlota? Can we go now?
Carlota: Not yet. I'm looking for a poster for my dad. He's into art.
Marçal: Can I see?
Carlota: Yes. What do you think of this?
Marçal: It's OK. Who's it by?
Carlota: This one's by van Gogh. It's called Starry Night.
Marçaĺ: That one's better.
Carlota: Do you think so?
Marçal: Yes, it's more interesting. The other one's a bit dark.
Carlota: Yes, I think you're right. Thanks, Marçal.
